Jessica Zwann Joins the Humanizers Advisory Board

Pioneering People-First Leadership with Data and AI

We’re thrilled to welcome Jessica Zwann, COO at Talentful, to the Humanizers Advisory Board. She comes with a strong vision to transform leadership through data-driven, people-first strategies.

With a background in scaling teams and a deep passion for creating exceptional people experiences, Jess brings a fresh perspective to the board. Her enthusiasm for the intersection of AI, psychological research, and human-centred applications is about leveraging it to amplify human connection and streamline processes, freeing up leaders to engage more deeply with their people.

Jess identifies one of the biggest challenges for leaders today as the struggle to balance competing priorities while building a compelling, sustainable culture. She believes the key isn’t just in gathering data, but in turning it into meaningful actions that genuinely improve people’s experiences at work. Jess sees Humani as uniquely positioned to tackle this challenge head-on, bridging the gap between insights and impactful actions. In her view, technology and human behaviour shouldn’t be seen as opposing forces. When used thoughtfully, technology can actually enhance our ability to connect meaningfully with our teams.

The ability to tap into psychological research and AI to give leaders real, actionable insights about their people, that’s game-changing. It’s exactly what I wish I’d had in my early days of building teams

Jessica Zwann,
COO at Talentful

Reflecting on her own leadership journey, Jess shares a key lesson she’s learned: “Building a people-centric organisation is a lot like building great products, you need to focus on high-impact problems and accept that no solution will work for everyone.” In her view, true leadership involves the courage to embrace nuanced, well-researched approaches rather than defaulting to one-size-fits-all solutions.

Jess’ track record in scaling people strategies and her commitment to transforming workplace cultures bring a unique depth to our mission.

We’re thrilled to have her on board and can’t wait to see the practical, innovative ideas she’ll bring to the Humanizers movement. You can hear more from Jessica and our advisory board at the Humani launch event in London on 27th November and in Copenhagen on 4th December.
