Drawing from her own journey as a marathon runner, Stina notes that “not everyone moves at the same pace or has the same destination in mind.” Recognising each individual’s unique pace and goals, she believes, enables leaders to foster a more inclusive and empathetic environment, where employees succeed on their own terms.
