Visionary Leaders Join Humanizers

Meet the Humanizers Advisory Board and be inspired by their mission to enhance workplace connections

Humani is excited to unveil the Humanizers first-ever Advisory Board, a collective of thought leaders who will shape the next generation of leadership by prioritising empathy and human connection. This exceptional group will guide the community in fostering workplaces where leaders are empowered to support, engage, and uplift their teams.

Building a Better Workplace: The Humanizers’ Mission for Modern Leadership / Uniting for Change: The Humanizers Community’s Path to Empathy-Driven Leadership

Humanizers is a pioneering leadership community at the forefront of the Humani coaching tool, which is powered by AI and behavioral science. Committed to people-first values, Humanizers is reimagining leadership for a digital age that prioritizes empathy, collaboration, and inclusivity. Our mission is clear: to cultivate work cultures where employees feel genuinely valued and connected to their organisation and its goals.

The Advisory Board’s diverse perspectives and strategic guidance will be instrumental in advancing this mission and positioning Humanizers as a leader in promoting modern, human-centred leadership. Their vision aligns perfectly with our goal of creating sustainable change in leadership practices through empathy-driven, people-first strategies.

Humani’s CEO, Anders, expressed his enthusiasm for the board’s contributions, stating, “With such a deeply experienced group on board, we are prepared to inspire leaders across the world to integrate empathy and authentic connection into their leadership approaches. This isn’t just a shift in management; it’s a movement towards a future where people-first leadership becomes the norm, not the exception.”

Introducing Our Advisory Board Members

Corey Archard, VP of Talent at Bumble, brings an ambitious mission to the Humanizers Advisory Board: to create scalable yet deeply personal leadership development. Recognizing trust as one of the biggest challenges in today’s dynamic workplace, Corey emphasizing that a solid foundation of trust is essential for truly people-first organizations. He states, “An infallible leader is a myth; it only holds organisations back.” Instead, he champions humility, encouraging leaders to admit when they don’t have all the answers. That’s why Corey is passionate about making coaching accessible to everyone, irrespective of role, and sees Humani not only as the means to achieve this, but also as a powerful tool for leaders to build a culture of trust. “Being at the front of something genuinely different, something that hasn’t been done before,” Corey shares, drives his commitment to leveraging technology meaningfully.

“Trust isn’t built in moments of celebration; it’s built in moments of challenge.”

Jennifer Montague, a seasoned marketing leader with a distinguished career working for some of the most influential Nordic technology brands, brings not only her expertise in driving market success but also a commitment to put people first in organisational leadership. For Jennifer, the biggest challenge facing leaders today is the lack of time to truly understand their team members’ needs and work styles. Humani’s technology, she notes, offers leaders real-time insights that can bridge gaps in understanding, tailoring support to each team member and moving beyond a “one-size-fits-all” approach to leadership. She believes that technology should facilitate deeper relationships rather than replace them, streamlining tasks so leaders have more time to connect with their teams meaningfully.

“Not everyone has the same work style, and Humani offers a pathway to recognise and embrace these differences”.

Christina Pagliero, a passionate advocate for empathetic and growth-focused leadership, envisions workplaces that focus on self-awareness and employee development rather than rigid managerial performance. “Not everyone moves at the same pace or has the same destination in mind,” she explains, underscoring the need for leaders to meet employees where they are. By recognising each individual’s unique pace and goals, leaders can foster a more inclusive and empathetic environment, allowing employees to succeed on their own terms.

Christina views coaching as vital for growth and transformation in leadership, akin to how athletes rely on coaching to reach their peak. She sees Humani’s potential to embed coaching into organisational culture, positioning it as a cornerstone of employee development and a pathway to sustained growth and empowerment across teams.

“I’m enthusiastic about the opportunity to shape the future of leadership through the power of coaching.”

Balancing Tech and Empathy: A Collective Commitment to People-First Leadership / Harmonising Technology and Human Connection: The Advisory Board’s Unified Vision

While each member of the Humanizers Advisory Board brings unique perspectives on empathetic leadership, they share a common belief in the essential balance between technology and human connection. They unanimously agree that technology should enhance, not replace, interpersonal relationships.

All members emphasise that technology plays a crucial role in streamlining tasks and providing valuable data-driven insights. However, it must ultimately serve to support leaders in cultivating meaningful relationships with their teams. Thoughtfully applied technology can free leaders to focus on authentic engagement, fostering a workplace culture where team dynamics thrive and employees feel valued.

They collectively advocate for the notion that the use of technology should not compromise genuine human interaction. Instead, it should facilitate deeper connections, allowing leaders to adapt to diverse work styles and individual needs. By prioritising empathy and insight, technology can be a powerful ally in building a people-first organisation, ultimately enhancing both workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

In this vision, technology is not merely an add-on but a tool that amplifies the impact of personal coaching and development, enabling leaders to nurture their teams effectively. This thoughtful integration of technology into leadership practices is seen as vital for creating an environment where everyone can succeed and grow together.
